The context of the organization through its internal and external factors and the associated risks have been determined and analyzed, their present impact as an impending threat to the organization suitability have been clearly identified. Underlying opportunities for growth and development are also determined and shall be considered in future planning. MTI is committed to effectively addresses all relevant stake holders and interested parties relevant to the Quality Management Systems and their requirements.

The management at MTI is committed towards promoting a high level of quality awareness all across the organization. The management ensures that employees are fully aware of the corporate quality policy and objectives. Employees shall formulate and continuously review related quality objectives and enhance the fact that quality is the responsibility of all.
This policy will be reviewed annually by top management, and where deemed necessary will be amended and re-issued.
